WHO CAN ATTEND?

Anyone aged 14-74 who’s ready to get fitter and stronger. Classes are designed to challenge all levels of fitness. For Pilates – you do need to be able to get up and down from the floor.

HOW MUCH DOES A CLASS COST?

Prices range from £6 to £7.50 depending on which sessions you attend. You can pay for classes individually or you can pay for blocks of 10 at a reduced rate. For more information contact Caroline using the form below.

I am RSA qualified and Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) listed and have been in fitness now for over 24 years. I love what I do and I hope I can share some tips with everyone who attends to help get fit and have fun at the same time.
